An Action Plan For Your Inner Child: Parenting Each Other is a new program to help adults do Inner Child work in a structured support program. A self-contained workbook serves as a guide for learning about specific stages of development. The program is useful for anyone who wants to learn to give themselves and/or their children better parenting than they received. This program:

• Facilitates awareness of developmental needs of children at different ages;
• Develops self-esteem for parents and children;
• Keeps participants actively involved in a support process.

With minimal cost, you can provide or participate in this exciting new program. The participants in this program:

• Practice effective parenting skills;
• Experience what a healthy family environment feels like;
• Learn to recognize healthy nurturing;
• Learn to receive and provide healthy nurturing;
• Practice parenting the Inner Child;
• Make new friends.

Each participant in the program needs a copy of the workbook, which provides materials and instructions for 14 active 3-hour sessions. A detailed Leader's guide makes it possible for facilitators at any level of expertise to lead the program. The program can also be guided by rotating the leadership responsibility among members of the group.
