Coaching is a personal, confidential, and individualized relationship, focusing on achieving your success. It is particularly useful for challenging you to move beyond your previous limitations into greatly expanded effectiveness.

The first step is to work together to clarify your goals and needs. Then I analyze your personal strategies for achieving success. We identify specific activities that will facilitate you in reaching your goals, and create a schedule for implementing these activities. I monitor your progress, give you the feedback you need and get you back on track when necessary. I hold you accountable for reaching your goals.

As we work together, I identify the blind spots that interfere with your effectiveness and design procedures to develop the new skill sets you need to transcend these limitations. These may include developing specific strategies for decreasing stress, resolving conflict successfully or coaching your direct reports to increase their productivity. My goal is to use any of the thousands of strategies I have learned in 25 years of practice to help you be successful. I strive to be unconditionally constructive. I am on your side, not on your case.

Coaching services are offered either by phone or at your location. Contact can then range from a 30 minute weekly phone call to an intensive, week-long consultation, in which I accompany you throughout your work week and giving you on-the-spot private feedback about everything I observe that will help you improve your productivity and achieve your goals.
